Our priority is ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase and the overall handling of your order. We are committed to delivering top-notch products and services. However, please be informed that, in adherence to health and safety codes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

In the rare instance that you receive the incorrect product due to an error on our part or if your product arrives damaged during shipping, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For us to proceed with the replacement, kindly return the product to us.

It is essential to note that, as per our company policy, Premier Nail Supply does not provide refunds. All sales are considered final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy and instructions below. Items that are returned that meet the criteria will be issued a store credit towards the purchase of your next item or an exchange. All policies described below apply only to online purchases made through our website.

Please note that colors can vary. Do not make your purchase decision based on the colors you see on screen. We cannot guarantee an exact match in color and finish due to photography techniques, lighting conditions, and varying screen calibrations. We absolutely recommend you only purchase colors you are familiar with or have thoroughly researched.

NOTES FOR DIY

Some products are PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. Professional grade products require certain training, knowledge and skill to be used properly. We cannot be held liable for improper use or bodily reactions. We do not manufacture the products sold. We recommend taking these products to your favorite salon to have them professional applied. This is a great option to ensure you have a sanitary and a cost saving visit.

I've entered the wrong shipping address; can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped will be charged 5% of transaction fee for banks. That is reasonable since the banks take us transaction fee up to 5% right when you place your order. We cannot send you own money to pay you back in full amount. 

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Premier Nail Supply. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. 

Can I return the order if the color not match?

Do not make your purchase decision based on the colors you see on screen. We cannot guarantee an exact match in color and finish due to photography techniques, lighting conditions, and varying screen calibrations. You will be assessed a 20% RETURN FEE to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

For free shipping orders, there is also 20% restocking fee when you want to return or exchange to cover our shipping fee to you and our fee to process your order. 

If you receive the wrong item, we require that you return the product within 7 days of receiving your package. After this 7-day window, we will not be able to process a return, refund, or exchange for the incorrect item.

Return Policy for Incorrect Items and Consequences for Non-Compliance Terms and Conditions:

  • All returns must comply with our return policy.
  • Refusal to comply with the return process (e.g., failure to return the item within 7 days) will result in the company being unable to resolve the issue.
  • If a customer disregards the company’s return policy repeatedly, the company reserves the right to take further action, which may include restricting or blocking the customer from future purchases.

Please contact our customer service team within the return period to initiate the return process.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Make sure your item fits our return criteria below.
  2. Email us at premiernailsupply@yahoo.com with:
  • Order #
  • Reason for your return.
  • Please specify if your item was a gift.
  • We will email back and provide further instructions. Returns will Not be accepted without prior authorization.
  • Items that are returned will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card towards a purchase of your next item.
  • Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. Customers are responsible for any associated shipping charges.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

Exchanges will be treated the same as a return and will follow the same guidelines. Upon receiving your return items, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card for you to place an order on the item you wish to exchange for. Please note you are responsible for all additional shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES CRITERIA

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving it.
  • All items must be unused.
  • All items must be in the original packaging and in good condition.
  • All red-line Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be redeemed for store credit, refund, or exchange.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
  • Upon inspection, the item must be in resalable condition.

Items with any of the following conditions cannot returned:

  • All red-line sale items.
  • Items with broken product seals.
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused.
  • Items not purchased through Premiernailsupply.com.

*Note: Returned products will be inspected and if items are determined to be used, damaged or tampered with, will be non-refundable. Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.

*Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Premier Nail Supply eGift Cards ("Premier Gift Cards") are not returnable or refundable for cash.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
  • Returns & Exchanges that do not meet our Return Criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, restocking fees, or denial.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
