How do we process your order?

  • If your Orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
  • You can also verify this information by visiting our website and logging into your account to view your order details.

How the shipping affects your order?

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method of you choose.
  • Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.
  • While we will do all, we can ensure your order is delivered on time.
  • Premier Nail cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, US Holidays, etc.
  • Please note that all orders over $100 will require a signature confirmation when delivered. Hair products must be shipped ground due to federal regulations. *If no one is home to receive the package, please contact your local postal to arrange delivery.

 My tracking numbers record that my package was delivered, but I do not receive it, what should I do?

  •  We suggest you check your local post offices because sometimes they hold the package.
  •  If you are still having trouble locating your package, please email us and we will help resolve the issue.
  • *Please verify your address before placing your order. We will not be responsible if the address you provided is undeliverable and return to us. If the package is return to us due to "undeliverable address", we can re-ship your package at your cost.

Lost, Stolen and Damage: 

Premier Nail Supply not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping in any circumstances. If you received your order damaged, please contact our immediately premiernailsupply@yahoo.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

     Premier Nail offers international shipping to select countries worldwide. We have partnered with UPS Worldwide and Globegistics to provide a fast, guaranteed service for all international customers. International customers are liable for all additional customs, duties, taxes, and value-added tax (VAT). International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package and may be subjected to approval.
